Geneva (28 May 2010): Following the entry into force of the amended Convention on 27 February 2010, the Standing Committee (SC) is now empowered to take "decisions on technical matters" (Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Convention). At the last SC meeting in Zurich on 13 April 2010, the SC made use of this new power and adopted in principle a number of "technical decisions" (previously referred to as "Recommendations" or "Schedules"). The compilation of all these technical decisions enters (entered) into force on 1 June 2010. It is available on the link below.
